About Crafty
Crafty (crafty.maki.bh) is an online marketplace operated by Mahmood Mohsin in Bahrain, connecting independent makers with buyers across the GCC.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent.
Keep your password and OAuth account secure. You are responsible for activity from your account.
One person, one account. Do not impersonate others.
Buying on Crafty
Each listing is offered by an independent seller. Crafty acts as the platform; the seller is responsible for production, packing, and delivery of their items.
Prices are shown in BHD. VAT is currently disabled; order receipts are not VAT invoices unless Crafty later enables VAT settings and invoice numbering.
Placing an order forms a contract between you and the seller, not between you and Crafty. Crafty does not charge online yet; payment is confirmed manually by the seller or support before fulfillment.
Selling on Crafty
Sellers must register through the application flow and be approved before listing products.
Crafty charges a commission of 8% on each completed order, deducted at payout. We may change this rate with 30 days’ notice.
Sellers are responsible for the legality of their listings, accurate descriptions, gift/packaging options they offer, and timely fulfillment.
Prohibited content
You may not list or post:
Counterfeit goods or items infringing third-party IP.
Hateful, harassing, or unlawful content.
Items prohibited under Bahraini law (weapons, regulated substances, etc.).
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your listings and content. You grant Crafty a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
Disclaimers
Crafty provides the platform "as is." We do our best to keep it running but make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users.
